The comments have mainly centred on people mocking her voice, as well as her being deaf.

Trolling remarks even once reduced her to tears during Strictly Come Dancing.

But now Tasha Ghouri is putting the past behind her and aiming to cultivate a future filled with hope and new love.

In an end-of-year post to her Instagram story, Tasha shared videos where she’s surrounded by love and laughter.

She’s seen looking confident in outfits, cuddling with her dog, and enjoying time with her new man.

But most of all she’s smiling with pure joy – something she described not feeling during 2025.

“2025 was tough mentally,” Tasha penned in text over the reel.

“I had to dig out of deep places from very horrific trolling but in the end of it all I found true happiness.

“I don’t want to talk much on it because I know people want to be sad and never be happy…

“Never again am I letting them tear me apart to the point I completely lost myself and my love for what I do.”

Tasha finished the heartfelt statement with a positive note on the year to come, promising 2026 will be “big”.

“2026 I’m entering with a whole heart, even more strength and new purposes!

“I’m leaving all that negativity behind and going forward with a smile on my face looking forward.

“Thank you to those that have been kind and have supported my journey!

“This year is going to be big!!!.”

She followed the story up with a duo of snaps with her boyfriend Cam Whitnall, looking very loved-up.

Tasha appeared on Strictly’s 2024 run, finishing in second place alongside pro dancer Aljaz.

Though she made a surprise return to the Strictly ballroom this year, joining the staff of the show’s spin-off It Takes Two as their weekly backstage presenter.

Tasha and Cam hard-launched their romance in November of last year, 10 months after she went through a bitter split from ex Andrew Le Page.

He reportedly accused her of having a profile on the celebrity dating app Raya while they were together.

The former flames were together for almost three years, after meeting in the Love Island villa.
