ST. TAMMANY PARISH, La. (WGNO) — A St. Tammany Parish Grand Jury has indicted four men in separate cases involving alleged sexual abuse.
According to the 22nd Judicial District, the following individuals were indicted:
22-year-old Caleb Michael Rizan of Kentwood indicted in connection with offenses that allegedly occurred between Jan. 1, 2020, and May 31, 2021. Rizan was arrested on March 19, 2026, and indicted on the following charges:

One count of first-degree rape involving a victim under the age of 13

Two counts of sexual battery involving a victim under the age of 13.
21-year-old Louis Jaden Willis of Baton Rouge was indicted in connection with offenses that allegedly occurred between Jan. 1, 2020, and May 31, 2021. Willis was arrested on March 16, 2026. He was indicted on the following charges:

One count of first-degree rape involving a victim under the age of 13

One count of sexual battery involving a victim under the age of 13.
31-year-old Christopher Dale Newman of Madisonville was indicted in connection with alleged offenses that reportedly span from around June 3, 2023, to Dec. 19, 2025. Newman was arrested on March 17, 2026. He was indicted on the following charges:

One count of first degree rape involving a victim under the age of 13.

One count of sexual battery involving a victim under the age of 13.

Three counts of possession of child sexual abuse materials.

One count of aggravated crime against nature involving a victim under the age of 13 by a related offender.
22-year-old Jacob Tate McDonald of Violet was indicted in connection with offenses that allegedly occurred between July 22, 2021, and July 21, 2023. McDonald was arrested on May 6, 2026, and indicted on the following charge:
