The mother of a missing 13-year-old girl has made an emotional appeal to her daughter, urging her to come home safely six days after she was last seen boarding a bus in Manchester.
Lillia was spotted at around 1.50pm on Saturday afternoon getting onto the 247 bus at the Trafford Centre.
Greater Manchester Police said they do not yet know how long the teenager remained on the bus or where she eventually got off.
Her disappearance was reported to police on Friday, prompting an ongoing search to establish where she may have gone.
‘I need to know you are safe’
In a direct message to her daughter, Lillia’s mother Jessica pleaded with her to make contact.
“Lill, I love you so so much,” she said.
“My heart is breaking without you here. I need to know you are safe. We all you need back home safe and well.”
Police have also appealed directly to the teenager, stressing that her family simply wants to know she is safe.
Chief Superintendent Helen Critchley, of Greater Manchester Police, said: “Lillia, if you see this appeal, please know your family love you, miss you and just want to know that you are safe.
“You are not in any trouble, they simply want you to come home.”

Police appeal for bus passengers and CCTV
Officers are now asking anyone who travelled on the 247 bus from around 1.50pm on Saturday and remembers seeing Lillia to come forward.
Police are also seeking CCTV, Ring doorbell or other footage that could help establish her movements after she boarded the bus.
Anyone who has had contact or conversations with Lillia since she was reported missing is also being urged to contact Greater Manchester Police.
Lillia is described as a slim white girl, approximately 5ft 5in tall, with light brown hair and glasses.
When she was last seen, she was wearing a black zip-up hooded top, light blue baggy jeans and carrying a black Nike backpack.
The search remains ongoing as officers work to establish where Lillia travelled after leaving the Trafford Centre and where she may have gone.
Her family and police are urging anyone with information that could help locate her to come forward.
