Meghan Markle was allegedly caught talking about a private meeting with King Charles at a California dinner party. Martha Stewart claims Meghan was “talking about” her family’s recent trip to the UK, which lasted for five days in July.
Ms Stewart, a home cooking expert, said she was at the dinner party and that she briefly spoke to Meghan who had returned from the UK a few days prior. The trip marked the one-year countdown to the 2027 Invictus Games which will be held in Birmingham. Prince Harry brought his two children, Archie and Lilibet, to the UK along with Meghan.

The trip was Meghan’s first visit to Britain in four years. The Sussexes were reunited with King Charles and Queen Camilla at the King’s country retreat, Highgrove in a private meeting.
It was also the first time the monarch had seen his young grandchildren in over four years, but no pictures or details of what was said during the reunion have emerged.
Speaking to PEOPLE magazine, Stewart, 85, said: “I had dinner with Meghan Markle the other night. We were both guests at a dinner party in California.
“And she had just gotten back from the palace. I didn’t talk to her really more than to say a couple words, but I know she was talking about it.”
However, an insider told the Mirror that Meghan and Stewart did not sit together at the dinner and claimed the Duchess did not speak about the UK visit.
They added: “Meghan was asked by someone else about her European vacation and said it was nice and that was the extent of it.”
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle stepped down from the Royal Family in 2020 and the pair now live in Montecito, California.
Stewart also said felt as if Meghan was “stepping into [her] space”, following the launch of the Duchess’s cooking show, “With Love, Meghan”.
She added: “If you’re an actress, it’s hard to then transition to a princess and then from a princess into a homemaking guru on a television show.”
