Thomas Crane, the star of the video, competes on Australia’s Got Talent and is a perfect example of why we need more talent competitions like this.

The 40-year-old man, of Scottish descent, is an antenna installer by day. In the evening he is a real entertainer. And even at home he has a stage with a light installation and a smoke machine to perform for his own family.

However, he still has a long way to go, no one knows Thomas’ talent. But during his participation in Australia’s Got Talent, Thomas finally got the chance to show his best side to a large audience.

Audience laughs at him

The entire audience mocks the 40-year-old when he tells them that he sings at home in the kitchen. But as you know, it’s best not to judge a book by its cover. Because Thomas has shown them once and for all that he was not a loser.

Not only does he look like the one and only Freddie Mercury, he even sounds like the legendary Queen singer. When he starts singing “The Great Pretender“, the audience even starts applauding.

And it seems as if his singing sessions in the kitchen have yielded results. Because all 3 judges give him a “YES”. On to the next round!

The video of his performance was posted online and has already been viewed more than 16 million times!

I love stories like that about success. When someone comes out of nowhere and blows away everyone’s prejudices.

Thomas is the perfect example of this. I hope he can have a successful career, he deserves it.
