According to multiple media reports, a New York City lawyer has reportedly been placed on leave after photos of him with a much-younger colleague in Central Park circulated online. The images quickly sparked widespread discussion, leaving many wondering what happened behind the scenes and why the situation escalated so quickly.

The hotshot lawyer caught on camera in a heated smoochfest with his much younger colleague in Central Park has been placed on leave from a prestigious Manhattan firm, according to a report.

Nathaniel Cullerton, a 45-year-old reportedly married partner at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, was sidelined amid an investigation connected to the now-viral canoodling, people familiar with the matter told the Financial Times.

Cullerton was also slated to join more than half a dozen prominent attorneys from Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz who jumped ship to rival firm Gibson Dunn this week, according to the Times.

But Cullerton’s expected move was quashed after video of him sucking face with 29-year-old coworker Kelsey Borenzweig exploded on social media last week, the Times reported, citing sources.

It is unclear whether Borenzweig, an associate in the same department as Cullerton, has been placed on leave or is under investigation following the viral make-out video that amassed 4 million views on TikTok.

Both Cullerton’s and Borenzweig’s attorney profiles remained on Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz’s website as of Tuesday.

The video shows the legal duo passionately kissing on a Central Park bench as camera-wielding TikTokker Jay Guapõ interrupts the make-out session.

“Get a room,” implores Guapõ. “There’s kids around.”

The two high-profile lawyers — both of whom worked on the legal team defending OpenAI and Sam Altman against Elon Musk’s $150 billion lawsuit this year — look up in embarrassment and shield themselves from the camera after Guapõ approaches them.

Cullerton is shown standing up with a smile and trying to shoo the TikToker away as Borenzweig calmly tells him to “put the phone down.”

“Don’t touch me, don’t touch — if you touch me I’ll have to touch you,” snaps the TikTokker, who has a history of posting antagonizing content.

The 45-year-old lawyer has been married to Moira Penza, 42, who is a partner at another Big Apple firm, since 2016 and share a $2.3 million luxurious Upper East Side co-op apartment together, according to the Daily Mail.

Borenzweig was recently in a relationship with a fellow lawyer, but the pair recently split, a source told the Mail.

The Post reached out to Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz; Gibson Dunn; and Cullerton for comment, but did not immediately hear back.
