Kristen Cruz is a 19-year-old from Irving, Texas, just outside of Dallas. Before landing on AGT in 2022, she rose to fame on social platform TikTok, where she has already amassed an amazing 3+ billion views. Kristen’s powerful voice has often been compared to Adele because of its range and power.

She was a big hit with the judges. Her song choice of “I See Red” by Everybody Loves an Outlaw, was “a great, great choice” said Simon. The song has an defiant, cathartic tone that is perfectly emblematic of Kristen’s in-your-face attitude and terrific, bluesy voice.
