The search for a missing 13-year-old girl has entered its fifth day after she was last seen boarding a bus outside the Trafford Centre in Manchester.

Lilia was spotted at around 1.50pm on Saturday afternoon getting onto the 247 bus near the major shopping centre. Police were alerted to her disappearance on Friday and are now appealing for information that could help establish where she went after boarding.

Investigators have not established how long Lilia remained on the bus or which stop she may have used to get off.

Police Appeal for CCTV and Doorbell Footage

Greater Manchester Police have urged anyone who may have seen Lilia, or who has relevant CCTV or Ring doorbell footage, to come forward.

Lilia is described as a slim white girl, around 5ft 5in tall, with light brown hair and glasses.

When she was last seen, she was wearing a black zip-up hooded top, light blue baggy jeans and carrying a black Nike backpack.

The bus sighting is considered an important part of the investigation as officers work to establish her movements after she left the Trafford Centre.

Mum Makes Emotional Plea

Lilia’s mother, Jessica, issued a direct appeal to her daughter shortly after she went missing.

“Lilia, you’re not in any trouble, I’m really, really worried.

“It’s been four nights now and you need to be safe.

“Please come home, we all love you very much.”

Greater Manchester Police echoed the message in their own appeal, stressing that Lilia was not in trouble.

“Lilia you are not in any trouble,” police said.

“They simply want you to come home.”

Public Urged to Share Any Information

Officers have established a Major Incident Public Portal where members of the public can submit information directly to police.

Anyone who may have seen Lilia, knows where she could have travelled after boarding the 247, or has relevant footage from the area is being urged to contact Greater Manchester Police.

With no confirmed information about where she got off the bus, investigators are continuing to appeal for the public’s help in tracing her movements and bringing her home safely.
