The identity of the individual who called 911 to report that therapist Brooke Hanlon had been stabbed to death in her New Jersey home has been revealed to be her husband.

Shortly after 4:30 p.m. local time on June 6, emergency medical responders rushed to the home in Chester after they received reports of a woman in cardiac arrest with a large laceration to her chest.

According to Fox News Digital, Conor Hanlon, the husband of 35-year-old Brooke, was the one who called 911 after he found her unconscious and bloodied on the floor of the home they shared with their daughter.

“I just found my wife [inaudible] CPR, I need CPR instructions,” Conor can be heard saying in the 911 call, obtained by the outlet. “I need you here. I need you here immediately.”

When asked by the 911 operator if Brooke was bleeding or conscious, Conor yelled in response, “No!”

The police operator then provided Conor guidance on how to perform CPR on Brooke, before paramedics eventually arrived at the scene.

“Oh. Oh my god. Oh my god. Oh my god,” Conor can also be heard saying in the frantic 911 call.

The 911 call was placed at 4:29 p.m., and at 4:42 p.m., a dispatcher noted “suspicious death” on the file, Fox News Digital reported.

An autopsy later determined Brooke’s cause of death was “multiple sharp force injuries,” and the manner of death was “homicide,” according to the Morris County Medical Examiner’s Office, per the outlet.
