According to authorities, an Illinois man is accused of operating a boat while intoxicated and crashing into another vessel at an extremely high speed, killing a 48-year-old woman and injuring her husband. Prosecutors also said the suspect had been cited multiple times in the past for drunk driving-related and speeding offenses.
