PATRICK CLANCY WAS JUST SPOTTED WITH HIS NEW WIFE AS LINDSAY CLANCY’S TRIAL ENTERS ANOTHER TENSE STRETCH — BUT IT WAS WHAT A WITNESS SAW HIM DO DURING THOSE 30 MINUTES THAT DREW ATTENTION.

Patrick and Dr. Rachel Danis, a reproductive endocrinologist whom he married in April, were seen Thursday evening in an outdoor seating area of a Manhattan apartment building during a break in the trial, according to TMZ.

A witness told the outlet that both appeared tense during the roughly 30-minute sighting. Patrick reportedly paced while taking several phone calls, while Danis remained seated nearby and also spent time on her phone. The pair were also seen speaking with one another.

The sighting comes as Patrick’s former wife faces three counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of their children, Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and Callan, 8 months.

The children died at the family’s home in Duxbury, Massachusetts, in January 2023. Lindsay Clancy subsequently jumped from a second-floor window in an apparent suicide attempt. She survived but was left paralyzed and now uses a wheelchair.

Patrick has testified during the trial, recounting the devastating moment he returned home and called 911 after discovering what had happened to his children.

The prosecution and defense, however, are presenting sharply different accounts of Lindsay’s mental state at the time.

Defense attorney Kevin Reddington is asking jurors to find Lindsay not guilty by reason of insanity, arguing that she was suffering from severe postpartum psychosis.

Prosecutors contend that her actions were planned and argue that she was not experiencing psychosis when the children were killed.

Jurors have also heard from psychiatrists and other medical professionals who treated Lindsay and said they did not believe she was psychotic.

Hospital Phone Call Becomes a Key Part of Testimony

Patrick Clancy, the former husband of Lindsay Clancy, has been spotted in New York City with his new wife as the closely watched trial over the deaths of his three children continues in Massachusetts.

Another significant moment emerged through testimony from psychologist Paul Zeizel.

Zeizel told the court that while Lindsay was hospitalized after the deaths, she called Patrick and said she had heard a male voice directing her to kill the children and herself.

That account has become particularly important because prosecutors have repeatedly focused on what Lindsay did — and did not — tell medical professionals about her mental state.

The trial has also revisited the seemingly ordinary communications between Patrick and Lindsay on the day their children died.

Earlier that day, the couple exchanged messages about Cora’s medical appointment and plans for dinner.

After Lindsay sent Patrick an update saying Cora’s urine results looked good and there appeared to be no kidney problem, Patrick responded: “Oh wow. You’re a good momma.”

The mundane nature of those messages has become another striking element of a trial centered on what Lindsay’s mental condition was in the hours surrounding the deaths.

Away from the courtroom, Patrick has since rebuilt part of his personal life.

He and Danis married in April, and their latest appearance in Manhattan offered a rare glimpse of the couple while Lindsay’s trial remains underway.

According to the witness who spoke to TMZ, however, their demeanor during the sighting appeared far from relaxed. Both were reportedly occupied by repeated phone calls and appeared anxious as the proceedings involving Patrick’s former wife and the deaths of his three children continued in Massachusetts.
