Bunnie Xo is as honest as they come.

The internet personality and author welcomed Denise Richards onto her Dumb Blonde podcast, where the two opened up about their relationship with plastic surgery after having undergone facelifts.

In the Aug. 3 episode, Richards — who underwent the procedure in June 2025 and opened up about the experience in an Allure interview this year — praised Bunnie, who had a similar procedure done in March, for being candid about her transformation.

“I was so happy to see that you’re open about yours too,” Richards, 55, began.

“First of all, and this is no shade to anybody in the industry, but if you’re gonna get work done, just f—ing be honest about it,” responded Bunnie, 46.

Richards added that she sympathizes with other patients who want to remain private about their work, but in her case, “I couldn’t say nothing.”

“I feel like our ‘job’ as people that are online and pushing a narrative of our lives, I feel like we owe that to the public,” explained Bunnie. “That might just be me, but I feel like we, especially as women because there’s such a false beauty standard…and I never want a little girl to look at me and be like, ‘I want to just look like her.’ Like, girl, I don’t even look like me. So I always want to be honest.”

Richards also said there’s pressure among women to look a certain way and that she too is curious about what others are doing for beauty treatments. Even her sister, who has a “completely different job” at a hospital, told her that she felt “so much better” because “more and more women” are being truthful about their looks.

The Bold and the Beautiful alum remembered that she was “so private” about her first breast augmentation at 19 until Howard Stern asked her about it. But now, “I think it’s good to share what we’re doing.”

Both Richards and Bunnie have undergone additional cosmetic procedures in recent years. In August 2025, Richards had revision surgery done on her breasts after her implants ruptured while she competed on season 3 of Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test. “I jumped off a bridge, too — and that’s when I ruptured my [breast] implants — off of that thing,” Richards said during an interview on SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live, adding that the “harness” she was wearing was to blame.

This summer, Bunnie revealed that she had gotten her own breasts done just months after her ex Jelly Roll filed for divorce in May.

In a July 10 episode of the Dumb Blonde podcast, Bunnie said she got new implants to help her breasts “perk back up” after they started to look like “ski slopes” from her losing 20 lbs. “I was just like, let me have this era of my life, just being super whatever I want [to be]. Just do whatever the f— I want,” she said.

She also shared that because her previous breast augmentation made her chest look “matronly,” she wanted more subtle results. “We did very, very small implants. So one boob [implant] is 310 cc the other is 300 cc. They’re super small, but I just needed them to perk back up because them babies were looking like I could tie them in a knot.”

“I’m all for advocating for women to do whatever they want with their bodies,” she further noted.
